Clean, sanitize & disinfect sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, counter tops and floors
Vacuum and edge or sweep , (we move all movable furniture)
Mop & or wash floor on hands and knees, (we move all movable furniture)
Vacuum furniture
Dust , (move everything, dust & replace each item)
Clean & polish kitchen cabinets Ceiling fans, (on a monthly basis or as needed)
Light fixtures (reachable, on a monthly basis or as needed)
Spot clean windows/glass, clean all appliances, big & small (front, top,sides of interior/exterior)

Credit cards and debit cards are accepted online via Google Checkout. Before the cleaning, we will send you
a payment invoice prior to the appointment which must be paid by the time we leave your home on the day of cleaning.

**We charge by how many total rooms & bathrooms you want to be cleaned, if there are rooms you don't want cleaned you don't pay for those rooms; If you change your mind and want the other rooms cleaned we will adjust your quote accordingly. Our rates won't increase from the initial over the phone quote, unless, when we get there there's more to clean than the basics of what we discussed. If you have valuables or meaningful items you don't want us to clean please warn us in advance. If there is excessive clutter or excessive knicknacks we will not move all those items to clean, we will clean around it, or if there's extreme clutter we will reschedule after you have picked up a bit, or we can do it for you, for an additional fee. We don't open enclosed cabinets to clean inside such as curio cabinets, hutches, etc. ***Please clear off, straighten up counter tops, floors, etc; before we arrive. We don't wash dishes for residential cleanings, (that is extra), so please have sinks cleared as well. If the home hasn't been straightened up prior to our arrival, we will have to reschedule you once the home is in order.***
We have many clients, we need to be able to get right to work, take our time being meticulous, do a thorough job and move on to the next house in a timely manner. We do not take your trash with us! We will take your trash out to your trash can only, if you don't have garbage pick up, you will have to make your own arrangements with a hauling service, we are not responsible for trash removal.Thank you for your cooperation.
